A token deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment and registrations must be completed in accordance with the project milestones and agreements.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the specific property type, project site, or construction agreement. Generally, plot booking cancellations will carry administrative charges as per the booking form agreements. Please review the specific terms provided during the booking consultation.
4. Verification Documents
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary KYC documents, PAN card, and financial approvals for property registration. Rudraksha Properties & Construction is not liable for issues arising from registration delays due to incomplete customer documentation.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
